I . Return Process:
If you have a problem after receiving your order please send an email to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receipt of item.
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:
Please send us your order number, and describe the issue and provide us with a picture(s) that displays the problem.
Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days. If we approve your return, we will issue a refund.
Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service team has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
II . Return Policy
You can return items within 30 days after delivery (once you email our team). Handbags must be returned within 7 days. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number.
Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached.
We are responsible for the following defects returned within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received.
If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.

The Return/exchange Policy excludes perceived quality, fabric, color aberration issues caused by personal or subjective judgment & size issues caused by personal neglect since we have indicated the size, color and fabric on our page.
III . Exchange & Refund
You are guaranteed to obtain a refund or an exchange once you have notified us within 2 day of your delivered item and we have approved your request and received your return within 30 days.

VI. Purchase Not Eligible for Return:
Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return or exchange.
Swimwear is not eligible for return or exchange.
Swimwear can only be returned/exchanged if it is defective/damaged or wrong item.
You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect when you submitting the return/exchange request.
Fragrance items are eligible only if the product has not been opened and is in the original package you received it in.
After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking No. of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.
VII. Order Cancellation
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request here once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
